本表記は、日本の特定商取引法第11条（通信販売についての広告）に基づく表示です。 This notice is provided under Article 11 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (mail-order advertising disclosures). It is provided in English for reference; the Japanese text prevails.

本商品の購入契約は、決済事業者 Polar Software, Inc.（以下「Polar」）を売主として、Polarの 購入者向け利用規約（Buyer Terms） に基づき成立します。下記「販売事業者」は、本商品を企画・提供し、購入後のライセンス利用許諾を行う当事者を表示するもので、 決済契約上の売主としてのPolarの地位を変更するものではありません。 The purchase contract for this product is formed with our payment provider, Polar Software, Inc. 商品の引渡時期Delivery	決済完了後ただちに、ライセンスキーをご購入時のメールアドレス宛に自動送信します。 本商品には次の2つの利用方法が含まれ、いずれも同じ購入に含まれます。 ブラウザ版：ダウンロード不要のWebアプリケーションです。ライセンスキーをアプリに入力することでご利用いただけます。 Claude版（アーティファクト版）：購入者向けのダウンロードファイル（単一のHTMLファイル）を、 決済事業者Polarの購入者向けページからお受け取りいただけます。Claude（claude.ai / Claude Desktop）に読み込ませてご利用ください。 メールが届かない場合は迷惑メールフォルダをご確認のうえ、上記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。 Immediately after payment, a license key is emailed automatically to the address used at checkout. The product includes two ways to use it, both covered by the same purchase: Browser edition: a web application, nothing to download. Enter the key in the app to activate it. Claude edition: a downloadable file (a single HTML file) available from your customer page at our payment provider, Polar. Load it into Claude (claude.ai or Claude Desktop) to use it. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
返品・キャンセルについて（返品特約） Returns and cancellations	本商品はデジタルコンテンツであり、ライセンスキーの発行をもって、購入手続および商品のお引き渡しが 完了します（本サービスの提供自体を将来にわたり保証する趣旨ではなく、第8条（サービスの変更・ 中断・終了）の定めが別途適用されます）。お客様のご都合による返品・キャンセル・返金はお受けできません。 ご購入前に、無料デモ版で動作をご確認ください。 ただし、次の場合はこの限りではありません。 ライセンスキーが発行されない、または当社の責めに帰すべき事由により正常にご利用いただけない場合 法令上、返金または契約の解除等が認められる場合（本表記は、利用者に適用される強行法規上の権利を制限しません） 決済事業者Polarが、チャージバック対応・不正利用の防止その他の理由により、独自の判断で返金を行う場合 該当する場合は上記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。 This is digital content. 動作環境System requirements	ブラウザ版：最新版の Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Safari / Firefox （JavaScript・localStorage が有効であること）。AI機能のご利用にはインターネット接続と、 お客様ご自身のAPIキー（Claude / OpenAI / Gemini のいずれか）が必要です。AI利用料は各提供元に別途お支払いいただきます。 Claude版（アーティファクト版）：Anthropic社の提供するClaude（claude.ai または Claude Desktop）の ご利用環境が必要です。AIの呼び出しはお客様ご自身のClaudeアカウントの利用枠を使用します。 どのプランでどこまでご利用いただけるかはAnthropic社の定めによるものであり、当方は保証いたしません。 また、Claude版はAnthropic社の承認・提携・公式サポートを受けたものではなく、 Anthropic社側の仕様変更により将来ご利用いただけなくなる可能性があります （その場合もブラウザ版のご利用には影響しません）。 Browser edition: a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox with JavaScript and localStorage enabled. AI features require an internet connection and your own API key (Claude, OpenAI or Gemini); AI usage is billed by that provider separately. Claude edition: requires access to Claude (claude.ai or Claude Desktop) from Anthropic. AI calls use your own Claude account’s allowance. What each plan allows is determined by Anthropic and is not guaranteed by us. The Claude edition is not approved by, affiliated with or supported by Anthropic, and changes on Anthropic’s side could make it stop working in the future (this would not affect the browser edition).
