本商品の購入契約は、決済事業者 Polar Software, Inc.（以下「Polar」）を売主として、Polarの 購入者向け利用規約（Buyer Terms） に基づき成立します。下記「販売事業者」は、本商品を企画・提供し、購入後のライセンス利用許諾を行う当事者を表示するもので、 決済契約上の売主としてのPolarの地位を変更するものではありません。 The purchase contract for this product is formed with our payment provider, Polar Software, Inc. The product is a web application (no download required); enter the key in the app to activate it. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

決済事業者Payment provider	Polar Software, Inc.（米国デラウェア州） 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, US 同社は Merchant of Record（販売者記録事業者）として、購入契約上の売主となり、決済・請求書発行・ 各国の消費税／VAT処理を代行します。そのため、クレジットカードのご利用明細には同社の名義で表示される場合があります。 購入・支払いに関する条件は同社の Buyer Terms に、本商品の利用条件は利用規約によります。 Polar Software, Inc.
