高山 峻弥（以下「当方」）は、Webアプリケーション「Ponder」および関連ページ （以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。 Shunya Takayama (“we”, “us”) sets out below how we handle information in the web application “Ponder” and related pages (the “Service”). This English text is a reference translation; the Japanese text prevails.

APIキーはアプリの「AI設定」画面からいつでも削除できます。共用の端末をご利用の場合は、使用後の削除をおすすめします。 You can delete your API key at any time from “AI settings” in the app. We recommend doing so on shared devices.
本サービスは、利用者の操作に応じて、利用者のブラウザから次の事業者へ情報を送信します （電気通信事業法に基づく公表事項）。当方のサーバーを経由することはありません。 Depending on your actions, the Service sends information from your browser directly to the following parties. It never passes through our servers.

本サービスは、Cookieおよび広告タグを使用していません。 アクセス状況の把握のためにCloudflare Web Analyticsを利用しており、 第4条に記載の情報がCloudflare, Inc.へ送信されます。同社の公表によれば、この解析は Cookie・ローカルストレージ等を利用者の端末に保存せず、 IPアドレスやブラウザ情報によって個人を識別（フィンガープリント）することもありません。 当方が閲覧できるのは、ページごとの閲覧数・流入元・国・ブラウザ等の集計値のみで、 個々の利用者を特定することはできません。 なお、購入手続きの過程で表示される決済事業者のページでは、同社の方針に基づきCookie等が使用される場合があります。 The Service uses no cookies and no advertising tags. To measure traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sends the information listed in section 4 to Cloudflare, Inc. Per Cloudflare, it stores no cookies or localStorage on your device and does not fingerprint individuals via IP address or user agent. We see only aggregate figures — page views, referrers, countries, browsers and the like — and cannot identify individual visitors. By using the Service or completing a purchase, information may be transferred outside Japan. 利用者ご本人からの、保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止の ご請求は、第1条のお問い合わせ窓口にて承ります。ご本人であることを確認できる情報のご提示をお願いする場合があります。 手数料は無料とします（郵送等の実費が生じる場合は事前にご案内します）。 You may request notification of purposes, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of your retained personal data via the contact address in Article 1. We may ask you to verify your identity. There is no fee (we will tell you in advance if actual costs such as postage apply).
